Individual Therapy

Individual therapy, also known as talk therapy or psychotherapy, is a type of mental health treatment where a client works one-on-one with a therapist to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. The goal is to foster self-awareness, overcome challenges, and achieve personal growth. We offer individual therapy for all ages and have staff who work with children as young as three.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy, also known as couples counseling or marriage therapy, is a form of psychotherapy designed to help couples improve their relationship, address conflicts, and enhance communication. It involves a trained therapist guiding the couple through discussions and exercises to identify underlying issues and develop healthier ways of interacting.

Family therapy

Family therapy is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on improving relationships and addressing issues within a family system. It helps families understand their dynamics, communicate more effectively, and resolve conflicts, ultimately aiming to create a healthier and more functional family unit.

Co-parenting Therapy

Co-parenting counseling is a form of therapy specifically designed for parents who are separated or divorced, helping them manage their shared parenting responsibilities. It focuses on improving communication, conflict resolution, and creating a stable and supportive environment for their child. The goal is to prioritize the child’s well-being and foster a cooperative co-parenting relationship.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy where one or more therapists work with a small group of individuals simultaneously to help them address mental health concerns or develop coping skills.  We have groups starting Summer 2025 for children transitioning between elementary to middle school as well as transitioning from middle school to high school.
